Seems like word got out last week big time, and even though I tried to reply to all the birthday well wishes I may have missed a few. If so I want to thank everyone for wonderful email and wishes like this one from Rene:

Trilogy

If you are also a member of the "Trilogy community" I think you know I am dedicated to teaching a whole new paradigm and helping prepare you for a whole new world.

Big statements I know. The world has always belonged to those who THINK BIG and ACT BIG.

One of the things I talked about, teach, and will continue to teach as Trilogy rolls out everything is about 'arbitrage trading.'

It took me about 10 seconds to pull up www.Google.com and type in this search query exactly like this, "Is arbitrage trading illegal?"

The very first result among many was exactly this:

Arbitrage trading is not only legal in the United States, but is encouraged, as it contributes to market efficiency. Furthermore, arbitrageurs also serve a useful purpose by acting as intermediaries, providing liquidity in different markets.

Ever heard of  'futures markets' or 'futures contract'? These are both  examples of arbitrage.

You might wonder why I am bringing this to your attention.

Two reasons actually.

Not only is it legal but it is ever so gradually becoming part of the human consciousness.

Meaning just like every other major shift in the human psyche this too is taking place.

The second reason I bring it up is this... Recently a pair of fools got together for a recorded phone call bashing yours truly.

I won't go into all the lies, it's just too outrageous, however just one of the things they bashed me about is their claim 'arbitrage trading' is not legal.

There is actually a lot more to the legality and illegality question however I will save that for future discussions with the "Trilogy community."



Are there two worlds?

Seems to me there are those people who somehow have managed to convince themselves the rules of laws which we all live by somehow does not apply to the internet.

For example, how is it possible that these two guys could ramble on incessantly making up as they go and then publishing the recording? Is it not possible they have never heard the expression slander or libel?

Then, consider this: If you were a major newspaper, say for example the New York Times, and you published an article without verifying the facts thus resulting in slander against an individual you most certainly could be subject to a lawsuit.

Now let's suppose another newspaper, how about the Chicago Tribune, they see the 'Times' article and they too publish it.

Guess what? They are just as guilty as the first foolish newspaper and in this case...

Those people who are redistributing a slanderous recording between two guys, about me, but not with me present, are just as guilty of slander and libel as the first two idiots.

I just thought you might like to hear a little more on the mysterious 'leaked recording.'  Just consider the source!

I will not reprint the emails I received about it and about these guys. However I will tell you that they have not elevated their stature as a responsible thinking men.

And as a friendly reminder to those people who are inclined to send hateful, insulting, or demanding emails - not only do not reply, I do not even read them.

I must keep my mind on positive energies and outcomes, and I cannot afford to be dragged into the sewer with these people.
